What is AxiRent?
AxiRent is property management software for landlords, property managers and agencies that runs long-term and short-term rentals in one system.
For long-term rentals: leases signed electronically (Smart-ID and Mobile-ID through Dokobit), tenants' meter readings by link or photo read by AI, utility invoices calculated from readings and tariffs with VAT and a PDF on the day you choose, human-toned payment reminders, payments matched from the bank statement, the yearly rent review and the deposit settlement.
For short-term rentals: Airbnb, Booking.com and Beds24 in one calendar with double-booking alerts, TTLock door codes, a cleaning plan, guest registration and the tourist tax.
Agencies pay owners monthly with a PDF statement and a private owner link. AI import brings existing data in from Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo. In English and Lithuanian, priced in euros, database in the EU. Free for one property, then from €5 a month.
