All core administrative functions are consolidated into a single platform: automatic constraint-based timetabling, cover and duty rota management, course choice, student records, registers, absences, and behaviour tracking. Additional modules cover letters and consents, the school calendar, grades, reports and support plans, fees and invoicing (including Bacs Standard 18 direct debit file export), enrolment and admissions, and wraparound care. No software installation is required; the platform runs entirely in the browser and is hosted in a certified data centre in Germany. A multi-school group view supports organisations managing more than one site.

Bildena School is structured around a transparent, flat per-student pricing model published at 5 EUR per student per year, with a minimum of 1,000 EUR per school and no additional module fees. All modules are included in the base price; unused modules can be switched off. Data can be exported at any time in open formats including Excel, CSV, PDF, aSc, and Untis. Role-based access control and a full audit log are standard. A signed GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement is included, and hosting in Germany supports compliance obligations for European operators.
