Bittsi Scribe is an AI medical scribe for veterinary practices. It captures the appointment, produces a structured SOAP note in clinical language, identifies billable items and prices them against the clinic's own fee schedule, and generates client-ready discharge instructions.

Record handoff instead of integration

Scribe deliberately ships without PIMS integrations. Completed records are handed over through a one-time code that opens a view-only web page, which expires after 15 minutes of inactivity. Nothing is installed inside the PIMS and no API is required, so Scribe is compatible with ezyVet, AVImark, Cornerstone, IDEXX Neo, Provet, Shepherd, Digitail and VIA, and equally with older on-premise systems that expose no interface at all. There is no implementation project and no vendor approval to obtain.

Data handling

Raw audio is deleted after three days. Generated notes remain owned by the practice. No note is finalized and no charge is created without clinician review.
