Step 1) The Estimate must be managerial or "Strategic" (Economic Estimate). The "strategy" is to identify the execution of the Activities among three Types of Expenditure (Internal Costs, External Services, and Direct Supplies).

Step 2) The Estimate Time Schedule (Time Estimate).

This feature is pre-populated, in direct synergy with the Strategic Estimate, and allows you to immediately access the "weekly" calendar, starting from the entry of the work start date. Scheduling is very quick and can be done by clicking on the respective weekly box, which instantly becomes colored. A second click can also delete it instantly.

Step 3) Contracts (Strategic and Economic Validation of the Estimate). This section is pre-populated in the Estimate area on the left and in the CONTRACTS area on the right. The economic validation of the estimate amount is performed in the Contracts area. When the relevant contract is signed, the total Quantity and Amount are recalculated, and the supporting document relating to the contract must be attached.

Step 4) Cost Recording. This section allows you to record construction site costs by dividing the accounting documents into two categories: Provisional Documents (Accompanying Notes, Work Orders, and Reports) and Official Documents (Invoices).

Step 5) Dynamic Timeline. Each addition and/or modification of activities via the "new entry" or "$ function" in the Contracts section is reflected in the Dynamic Timeline, where the time schedule for all activities, both new and those already estimated, is updated.

Step 6) Visual Qualitative Consultation. 4 indicators, the navigator's true innovation, allow you to assess the overall situation of the construction site at a glance, as of the consultation date, without wasting time reading numbers and comparison tables.

Step 7) Visual In-Depth Analysis. The Phase Indicator monitors the status of each Phase in its economic/temporal development.

Each of the 6 phase indicators reports key data: estimate, contract, and progress amounts, along with the updated timeline for each amount.

Step 8) Accounting Detail. If you need to delve into the accounting details of each Activity, consult the Cost Control section, which reports key estimates, contracts, and progress amounts.

Step 9) Archive. This section allows you to obtain amounts by construction site and supplier, alongside the supporting documents entered in the various sections, including bills of quantities, contracts, variations, provisional documents, and official documents.

Step 10) Accounting Alignment. In this section, you can compare the amounts recorded up to the date of consultation, broken down according to useful criteria for immediate comparison with the company's Industrial Accounting.

All tables can be exported to Excel.
