BreviSoft Email Backup Tool provides comprehensive email backup and migration for Windows and Mac operating systems. It archives mailbox data including messages, attachments, contacts, calendars and folder structures from more than sixty email services. Supported platforms include Office 365, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Zoho Mail, Thunderbird, Amazon WorkMail, Zimbra, Lotus Notes, iCloud Mail, AOL Mail and other IMAP based accounts. The software offers both individual and batch backup operations to accommodate single account or multiple account processing.

The solution exports backup data into fifteen formats including PST, PDF, EML, EMLX, MSG, MBOX, CSV, PNG, DOC, ODT, HTML, JSON, TXT, ICS and VCF to address diverse archiving and compatibility requirements. Incremental backup functionality processes only newly received or updated emails during subsequent runs to reduce processing time and server load. Advanced filtering options enable selection of specific emails or folders based on date range, sender, recipient or subject criteria. The original folder hierarchy and email metadata including timestamps, sender and recipient details, attachments and headers remain intact throughout the backup process.

Enterprise relevant features include multi account management from a centralized dashboard and scheduled backup configurations. Secure authentication protocols such as OAuth two support protect sensitive credentials during backup operations. The software imposes no data size limitations to facilitate backup of extensive mail histories and large attachments. Direct email to email migration between supported services is supported to eliminate intermediate file storage requirements.
