Brix: AI Cart Upsell & Bundles for Shopify - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

Brix is an all-in-one cart app for Shopify stores that want to raise average order value without stacking multiple apps. Instead of installing separate tools for upsells, rewards, coupons and bundles, merchants manage everything from one dashboard and one customizable cart drawer.

What Brix does

Cart drawer. A customizable slide-out cart. Merchants control layout, colors, text and section order without writing code.

Smart cart upsells. Brix suggests relevant add-on products based on what is already in the shopper's cart. Each upsell can run in automatic mode or manual-rules mode, so merchants choose how much control they want.

Frequently Bought Together. Product pages show products that go well together, and shoppers can add the whole combination to the cart in one click.

Rewards progress bar. A real-time bar shows how close shoppers are to free shipping, a free gift or another reward, and updates as items are added or removed.

Coupon Slider and Coupon Banner. Active Shopify discount codes appear as cards inside the cart drawer, so shoppers can apply an offer with one tap instead of searching for a code. Each card can be customized, and an optional countdown timer adds urgency to short offers. It shows codes that already exist in Shopify.

Combo Forge bundle builder. Build bundle pages without code, such as build-your-own gift boxes or "complete the routine" sets. Choose from four layouts: a step-by-step wizard, a tabbed page, a deal-of-the-day layout or a simple single collection. Bundles can include a progress bar that unlocks a discount as shoppers add items, and out-of-stock products drop out automatically.

Brix AI assistant. Built into the admin app, it lets merchants describe what they want in plain language. It can write upsell copy, set up an upsell rule, create a Shopify discount code, configure a rewards progress bar and answer questions about recent store performance using the store's own analytics. It always shows what it is about to do and asks for confirmation before making any change.

Analytics. A built-in dashboard reports revenue, orders, average order value, conversion rate and checkout rate, plus revenue from the cart drawer, upsells, bundles and coupons. Merchants can see which feature earned each extra dollar and compare with the previous period. Pro adds advanced analytics and insights.

How it works

Install Brix from the Shopify App Store, enable the app embed in your theme, turn on the cart features you want, and set thresholds, upsell rules, coupons and bundles yourself or by asking the Brix AI assistant. Preview, publish and track results in the dashboard. Brix requires a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme.

Pricing

Free: up to 50 orders a month, the cart drawer, announcement bar and a limited Brix AI allowance. Most premium features can be configured and previewed but go live only on a paid plan.

Starter: $29 per month or $290 per year, with a 14-day free trial. Up to 500 orders a month, full analytics, cart upsells, Frequently Bought Together, rewards progress bar, Coupon Slider and Banner, and up to three Combo Forge bundles.

Pro: $79 per month or $790 per year, with a 14-day free trial. Unlimited orders and bundles, advanced analytics and a larger Brix AI allowance.

Plans can be changed at any time and are billed through Shopify. Usage above a plan's allowance is billed automatically at an overage rate, and the app is never blocked. Starter and Pro include priority email support.
