What I like the most about paypal is, it is easy to use in paying and most of all paypal giving a gift reward in every users.
However, people also get blocked by PayPal without any warning and they can freeze and hold the money from that account that makes annoying things to the user.
The Paypal program is very wonderful. The ease in depositing and withdrawing is very distinguished.
Also, I do worry about storing my bank account information for a service like PayPal. They might be insured against fraud, but I still worry sometimes that my account information will be stolen.
Love the ease of use and the ease of implementation/integration within other websites and platforms to capture payment.
This becomes a problem when you need money quickly. IPN and PayPal API are unstable, often messing up transactions, especially if they involve limited items and need verification as soon as possible.

One of its best features is how well it integrates with other systems. It's been an industry standard for years and is a safe bet when your payment processor needs to play nice with other programs.
My clients couldn't even ask for a refund. All they could do was dispute the charges that were on hold and if they did that it would hurt my account and my credit.
Authorize.net is very user friendly and easy to use. The search functionality is superb, and allows use to locate transactions with ease.
And I'm not only referencing the issue I had with the transaction limit (where I was obviously frustrated), I have had several communications and about half were less than friendly/helpful.
It's quick, amazingly reliable, and super easy to use. I appreciate the time value of this software and love how quickly I can collect card information.
I would never use Authorize.net again. Any client that I have that uses Authorize.net, I refuse to work with.
Net is a very solid and reliable payment platform. Excellent support for almost any programming language that exists.

Shows unwanted links and helps locate fraud easyli so you will see how much of that is actally in the system you are using. Not an issue really as that is what we want it to do.
But as a Front End Developer, being able to use the SEON Platform to create a good workflow for our support staff has been the best benefit.
The UI can be a little difficult to get used to initially.
The main benefit of Seon is that I have more information which is the basis of a decision and I can gather these information faster. My overall experience is excellent, highly recommend it.
With SEON we've stopped manually investigating every single user payment/withdrawal.

I have been fortunate to have very hands on account analyst who helps solve any issues that arise and having someone who I can call with issues is always a great help.
Also took a lot of my time to do further research online to decide if the order in question would be a fraud order. Very time consuming to decided what to do on questionable orders.
I highly recommend implementing Kount. If you do not have a team of specialists to monitor and manage your transactions, then Kount is your answer to not only save money but save sanity.
The reason for the search is to find a fraud order that I do not have the specific details for and the dollar amount is all I have. I usually find it, but it takes more time.
The ease of integration of the API was good. I also like that you can read where the device is, versus what IP they're using.
The Kount Persona can be a little hard to understand as it is an amalgamation of many different things. We have had confirmed fraud orders have the same persona score as long time repeat customers.
I have had a great response with Kount. I like the software and it is easy to use.
It basically works as a spam folder for our order processing team.
The integration with Braintree is flawless and the cost per transaction is very low, when you compare to the cost of a chargeback (which can be hard to win).
Very impressed with functionality and use. Would highly recommend to another company.

The time given to submit a dispute through Signifyd is extremely short. We have missed a deadline to submit by 1 day due to the dispute not being in our mailbox until it was too late.

Because of the way the filtering is set it is sometimes hard to get it just right so that you are not denying legit orders but still catching the fraud.
I like that it was a pretty simple integration. The Riskified controls we are able to implement for order filtering were very helpful and set up for us by the Riskified implementation team.
Sometimes with fraud declines I wish that Riskified provided some more information or insight into their decision making process.
It links into Shopify which we like so it does its thing seamlessly. It is a very valuable service in verifying our purchases.
Overall I believe there is a slight learning curve with Riskified, but it's not steep enough to be deterred away from the product, and their portal makes working with fraud enjoyable.
