CabinetTrak overview
What is CabinetTrak?
CabinetTrak is a cabinet installation tracking platform built for commercial cabinet shops and architectural millwork contractors. It replaces spreadsheets, group texts, and verbal communication with a structured digital workflow that gives the office real-time visibility into every active job while crew leads log progress from the jobsite on any mobile device.
Field Tracker
Crew leads access jobs through a unique share link on any browser-enabled device — no app download or account creation required. They mark cabinets installed, log deliveries, flag issues with severity levels, notes, and photos, and resolve punch list items with documentation. Every action is timestamped and tied to a specific cabinet, room, floor, and job. GPS coordinates are optionally captured on every install.
Office Dashboard
The dashboard gives project managers a live view across all active jobs — completion percentages, open flags, crew activity, and delivery status updated in real time. A map view shows all active jobs geographically. Flagged items stay open until explicitly resolved with photo documentation.
GC Reporting
One-click branded PDF reports include a floor and room breakdown, GPS-timestamped cabinet list, punch list with photos, and a GC sign-off section. Reports are emailed directly to the GC from inside the app with a live public report link that refreshes automatically.
Procore, Buildertrend, and ACC Integration
CabinetTrak is currently onboarding to the Procore Marketplace — the first cabinet installation tracking platform with native Procore integration. GC-assigned punch items in Procore push directly to CabinetTrak's field app, where crews resolve them with photo documentation that pushes back to Procore automatically. Buildertrend integration is in development for Pro plan subscribers. Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) integration is in development for Commercial plan subscribers.
Job Setup
Jobs import directly from Cabinet Vision CSV — floors, rooms, and all cabinet records created automatically. An AI-powered PDF import extracts cabinet data from spec sheets and quote documents regardless of design software used.
Crew Performance
Per-crew tracking covers installs logged, flags raised, resolutions completed, and activity timelines. Workspace settings include custom report branding, SMS alerts on flags via Twilio, GPS and PIN requirements, and timezone-aware reporting.
