Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Caddygo overview
What is Caddygo?
Caddygo is an AI powered procurement automation platform that deploys specialized agents to execute competitive sourcing workflows within existing productivity environments. The platform is designed for procurement teams managing multiple sourcing events simultaneously and for organizations constrained by limited procurement capacity. It addresses operational bottlenecks in traditional procurement processes by automating document generation, vendor research, proposal evaluation, and negotiation preparation while maintaining human oversight at key decision points.
The platform operates through four AI agents that execute distinct phases of the procurement lifecycle. Caddydraft monitors procurement requests from email channels, classifies category requirements, assesses information completeness, and drafts follow up communications when specifications are incomplete. Once requirements are validated, Caddydraft generates comprehensive RFx documentation including evaluation criteria, submission guidelines, project timelines, and vendor questionnaires formatted in Word and Excel. Caddyresearch maps technical, commercial, and compliance requirements to market offerings and compiles research dossiers for each candidate vendor incorporating profile summaries, product capability assessments, and market position analysis sourced from external research platforms. Caddyevaluate processes vendor proposals across multiple file formats, extracts structured data, and normalizes responses against established criteria while constructing side by side pricing and compliance matrices in Excel and generating comparison documents in Word with executive summaries, weighted scoring, and vendor recommendations. Caddynegotiate analyzes selected proposals against market benchmarks to identify leverage points and produces negotiation briefs containing target pricing, walk away positions, contract term priorities, and supporting data.
Caddygo integrates natively with Microsoft three hundred sixty five and Google Workspace environments through a Chrome extension architecture. The platform operates within Outlook for email processing, Word for document generation, Excel for data analysis, and SharePoint for document storage and collaboration in the Microsoft ecosystem. A parallel implementation supports Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive for Google Workspace users. The system requires specific permissions including mail read access for request monitoring, draft access for preparing internal review messages, and file access for creating and updating RFx documents, matrices, and comparison reports.
Content processing occurs on servers located in Frankfurt with encryption applied both in transit and at rest. The platform utilizes cloud based language models for request classification, offer comparison, and document drafting functions under contractual guarantees that customer content is not used for model training. Organizations can implement custom RFx templates that Caddygo populates with project specific content rather than system generated formats. Administrative setup requires about fifteen minutes for configuration of language model selection, permission levels, and tool parameters after which individual users install the browser extension and link their accounts to activate agent functionality.
