What is Calepio?
Designed for French sole traders, Calepio helps micro-entrepreneurs create quotes and invoices in a couple of minutes and get paid on time, without paying for features they do not need.
What you can do for free, with no time limit and no credit card: send unlimited quotes and invoices, issue deposit invoices and credit notes, let clients sign quotes online (5 signatures per month) and pay invoices by card, email documents from your own Gmail or Outlook address, keep your sales and purchase ledger up to date, import your bank statement to match payments, and follow your estimated Urssaf contributions.
Calepio prepares you for the French e-invoicing reform: every invoice is produced in the official Factur-X format, and the app links to the certified e-invoicing platform you choose (Calepio is not a certified platform itself).
Need more automation? Pro is €6.90 per month excl. VAT, or €62.10 per year, after a 14-day free trial with no credit card: unlimited signatures, automatic reminders for late payers, recurring invoices, email open tracking and your own branding on PDFs.
Calepio is made for micro-businesses only; companies such as SARL or SAS should look for a full accounting tool.
