CalMov is travel-aware booking software for mobile businesses, including barbers, hairdressers, dog groomers, car detailers, cleaners and massage therapists. Most booking tools treat any empty slot as bookable, even when the next customer is 25 minutes away. CalMov checks the service, the customer's address and the journeys around existing bookings before offering a time, so every appointment is one you can reach. Choose manual travel gaps, postcode/ZIP-based estimates, or road and expected-traffic checks. Automatic travel pricing adds distance or journey-time charges at booking. Reusable booking profiles save pet, vehicle or client details, and you control working hours, service areas and booking notice. Stripe payments and Google Calendar sync are built in. One mobile barber reports cutting weekly diary admin from 8 hours to 1. Available in the UK and US, with a 14-day free trial and no card required.
