Cityflow Fleet OS is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for shared mobility operators running fleets of bicycles or e-bikes at any scale. The platform covers the full operational lifecycle, from fleet launch through day-to-day management and multi-city scaling, under a single license. End users access rentals through a no-download mobile WebApp: scanning a QR code unlocks a vehicle instantly, with no app store installation required. Operators manage everything through a web-based back-office dashboard that surfaces real-time fleet status, active rentals, battery levels, lock control, and incident tracking.

Cityflow Fleet OS integrates real-time IoT telemetry for GPS location, lock state, battery level monitoring, and remote open/close commands. Payments are processed via Stripe and support card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay, with automatic charges applied for overtime and non-payment. Each rental triggers automatic invoice generation and delivery through Holded, requiring no manual accounting input. Smart lock compatibility covers Linka, AXA, Omni, Acton, and Okai out of the box, with additional hardware connectable through the open API. The public RESTful API exposes 46 endpoints with Bearer authentication, a sandbox environment with mock data, and 20 external integrations, supporting connection to PMS, ERP, channel managers, and custom applications.
