What is CloudScaff?
CloudScaff is cloud-based scaffolding and formwork management software that connects yard, site and office teams. It gives businesses shared records for equipment, material movements, scaffold activity and site work.
Inventory tools track stock quantities and availability across yards and sites, including deliveries, transfers, returns, damaged equipment and lost items. Teams can create material requests and keep delivery, return and transfer documents connected to the movement history.
Scaffold management covers registers, erection, modifications, inspections, handovers and dismantles. QR tags link physical scaffolds to their records, while GPS-enabled devices capture scaffold locations. Digital forms and signatures keep inspection and handover records attached to the work.
Site tools support instructions, task allocation and completion tracking, project inventory, safety records and document storage. Permission-based roles and customer access help teams share the right information. Reporting, notifications, in-app chat and file uploads support day-to-day coordination. QuickBooks, Xero and custom integrations connect operational and accounting workflows.
CloudScaff runs in a web browser on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Plans are based on active site capacity and include unlimited users, onboarding and training. The free plan supports up to three active sites.
