What is Contestohoy?
Contestohoy is customer messaging software for small businesses in Chile. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages and Google reviews into one inbox and replies to customers in the business's own tone.
It answers questions about prices, hours and products using your website and catalog. It books appointments using your real availability in Google Calendar and sends a WhatsApp reminder the day before. It collects payments in the chat with MercadoPago links: full payments, deposits or product orders with pickup or delivery.
