ContractorRise is CRM and business software for US contractor companies: remodelers, roofers, general contractors and their subcontractors. Leads, estimates, contracts and invoices share one program.

Leads and customers come into one inbox, with work items for every lead. The AI Estimate Builder turns a plain description of the job into a draft line by line estimate that the contractor checks and edits before sending. Contracts are signed online with an e-mail code, and the homeowner sees estimates, contracts and invoices in a customer portal under the contractor's own name and logo.

After the customer signs, the job becomes a project with a task list from the company's plan template, crew hours with weekly approval and a CSV or Excel export for payroll, daily site reports, an action queue for problems reported from the site, and material orders tracked to delivery.

Pro adds calls and texts from the lead's page on the company's own business number, appointment confirmation texts and contract signing by text message code. Business adds KPI tracking from the company's own jobs, a weekly capacity plan, subcontractor onboarding (W-9, agreement and signature) and a safety and code reference library.

One price for the whole company with unlimited users on every plan: Free, Pro at $49 a month and Business at $99 a month. Each company gets its own database.
