Core Registration replaces the separate tools many camps juggle for registration, payments, health forms, hiring and photos with one connected system.

Registration: sessions with age, grade and capacity rules, waitlists, a drag-and-drop form builder, questions that appear only when they apply, waivers e-signed on the form, and save and finish later. Forms can sit on the camp's own website.

Payments: deposits as a fixed amount or percent, payment plans charged on schedule, autopay, pay links, card payments taken by phone, refunds, credits, invoices and a camp store.

Health and safety: health and medical forms, allergies and dietary needs, immunizations, medication logs and an audit log of health record changes.

Operations: QR and kiosk check-in and check-out, live headcounts, cabin and bunk boards with friend requests, and activity and staff scheduling.

Staff and families: applications, Checkr background checks and e-signed onboarding; email and text messaging, campaigns and workflows; a family portal for balances, payments, updates and private photo albums.
