CheckedOK is a cloud-based inspection and compliance management platform for organisations responsible for keeping equipment and plant safe to use. Every asset is held in a digital asset register with its own auditable history. Inspection due dates are tracked automatically, with reminders flagging anything approaching or past due, and digital certificates are generated the moment an inspection is completed. An optional approval workflow allows administrators to review inspection details before a certificate is issued.

A built-in audit trail records inspections, repairs and modifications over time, supporting traceability for internal reviews and regulatory audits. Checklists and custom tests, including PSSR and NDTs, are fully configurable rather than fixed, so teams can match CheckedOK to their own inspection regimes and regulatory requirements.

Engineers can work fully offline in the field, capturing photo evidence against individual asset records, with data syncing automatically once back online. Assets can be identified using RFID tags, NFC or QR codes, giving instant single-tap access to an item's full history. CoreRFID, the company behind CheckedOK, is vendor-independent and can work with a customer's existing hardware or support them in specifying and sourcing a new asset identification system.

For integration, CheckedOK offers an open API connecting to finance, ERP and CRM systems without custom development. The platform is hosted on AWS, with automatic backups and 99.9% uptime.
