CREBuilder gives commercial real estate brokers one cloud workspace for the work around a listing—from prospecting and marketing through access, outreach, offers, and follow-up. The property-centered CRM stores contacts, company accounts, activity, requirements, tasks, pipelines, offers, commissions, reports, and exports. Listing inquiries, NDA signatures, and Deal Room engagement can create or enrich CRM records automatically, while forward and reverse matching connects buyer buy boxes or tenant space needs to suitable listings.
Brokers can produce branded offering memorandums, sales teasers, leasing packages, for-sale and for-lease flyers, BOVs, and property websites using 155M+ U.S. property records, automated financials, maps, demographics, photos, and reusable templates. Secure Deal Rooms support verified-email access, NDA signing, broker approval, expiring grants, activity tracking, and recipient-specific PDF watermarks.
Email Blasts use CRM contacts, matched buyers, or pasted recipients; include four responsive layouts, previews, drafts, and send history; and support live Mailchimp campaign drafting, direct delivery through a broker-configured Amazon SES account, or provider-ready HTML export. CREBuilder is web-based, offers a free Starter plan, and is designed for solo brokers and small-to-midsize CRE teams.
