CrewLoca overview
What is CrewLoca?
CrewLoca is preparing to launch simple staff clocking and timesheet software for nontechnical teams. Customer signup and trials are not open yet.
The intended launch workflow includes personal-device clocking or an online shared workplace kiosk with individual PINs, starts and finishes, breaks, workplace location rules, manager review and corrections, timesheet approvals and approved-hours exports. Location checks happen at clocking actions where required; CrewLoca does not continuously track movement.
Spreadsheet, CSV and printable-report exports support an existing payroll process. They are not direct payroll integrations. CrewLoca does not calculate PAYE or pay wages. The shared kiosk requires internet. Personal-device offline entries require initial online setup and cached workplace details, and remain pending until server confirmation.
Designed for manufacturing, logistics, construction, cleaning, office, retail, hospitality and care teams, CrewLoca focuses on straightforward setup and clear working-hours records.
