What is Crulon?
Crulon is a business phone system where AI agents and your team work the same calls. Agents answer every call, do the work in your tools through Actions you define, and hand the call to the right person, with a note, when it isn't the AI's job. Your team answers in the browser or on desk phones, and anyone with permission can listen to a live AI call and take it over: same call, no hold, no transfer. Crulon also runs outbound campaigns that say they're AI first, and works with your own carrier. Per-seat pricing with pooled AI minutes; human calls included.
