Cuemark - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

Cuemark was built by a team that has run registration desks at international congresses for 25 years. It covers the whole journey from the first invitation to the closing session.

Before the event: publish a mobile-friendly event website, collect registrations with your own form questions, create ticket types such as early bird, member and student, and add discount codes. Payments are made by card through the organizer's own Stripe account or by bank transfer, so ticket revenue never passes through Cuemark. Attendees receive a personal QR ticket by email straight away. Invitation lists can be imported from Excel or CSV, and hotel room blocks and the programme with speakers can sit on the same site.

On the event day: every role gets its own secure link that works in a normal browser. Door scanners turn the whole screen green, amber or red. Staff desks search, scan, print the badge and check the guest in with one click. Self check-in kiosks let attendees scan their ticket or type their email and print their own badge. Each link shows only what that role needs and can be revoked at any time.

After the event: live arrival reports by hour and category, badge print counts and CSV exports for your client.
