Cyber Insurance Subjectivity Tracker overview

What is Cyber Insurance Subjectivity Tracker?

Give the broker, the underwriter and the business one schedule they all read the same way. It is built for the three parties to a cyber placement: the underwriter, the broker and the insured business.

Pick where the business is, Australia, the United States or the United Kingdom, and only that jurisdiction's rules appear. Then tick or paste the controls, rating each one in place, partly, absent or unsure. Every gap returns with the requirement it rests on, the edition held and the evidence an assessor asks for.

Every condition becomes a line on one schedule due at the day 30, 60 or 90 checkpoint counted from the date the underwriter or broker sets. Where a requirement carries its own timeframe, such as patching windows or breach assessment periods, those words sit beside the checkpoint. Each line says what kind it is: a quoted condition in the insurer's own words, an underwriter-added condition, a proposal-form gap or a framework-derived recommendation.

Through a private link the applicant marks each fix done, with a date and a note, and every report is kept with its timestamp. Reviewer decisions, from accepted to extended or waived, are set only by a signed-in broker or underwriter, and the chronology is never rewritten. Evidence is a reference such as a ticket or link, never a stored file.

On the free plan you get the gap list and schedule for a single applicant in any of the three jurisdictions, printable. Paid tiers: Solo at USD 99 monthly (AUD 149 in Australia) for up to 25 applicants; Team at USD 329 (AUD 499) for up to 150 and 5 users; Agency at USD 990 (AUD 1,490) for unlimited clocks, reviewer roles and a portfolio view.
