Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Decision Keep overview
What is Decision Keep?
Decision Keep is an independent, immutable evidence layer for automated and AI-driven decisions. Each decision is signed with the organisation's own cryptographic key, sealed into a tamper-evident hash chain, independently timestamped via RFC 3161, and packaged as a dkr-1 receipt format record. Evidence capture operates post-decision, meaning it never sits inline with the transaction path and adds zero latency to payment authorisations, fraud scoring, or policy engine outcomes. The cloud-based vault is vendor-operated, but all evidence is exportable and verifiable offline using the organisation's own key, with no vendor dependency required for verification.
Classified as Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology, Decision Keep maps directly to EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, APP 1.7-1.9, GDPR, PSD2, and PCI DSS v4.0 obligations. It is designed for enterprises, GRC teams, auditors, and regulators operating automated decision systems in regulated industries, with particular depth for financial services use cases including payment risk engines, fraud scoring, and dispute defence under PSD2, EMVCo, and PCI DSS rules. Cryptographic erasure supports GDPR data minimisation requirements without breaking chain integrity.
Integration is available via REST API, TypeScript, Python, and Go SDKs, and an MCP server exposing verify_receipt, get_receipt, export_ledger, and get_attestation tools. The MCP server connects with AI coding assistants and autonomous agents, returning hash-preserving summaries that keep raw decision payloads out of model context windows. This architecture makes Decision Keep applicable to agentic and autonomous AI systems, LLM-driven decisions, and AI risk-scoring models where forensic-grade accountability records are required by regulators or internal audit functions.
