Derivia overview
What is Derivia?
Derivia is practice management software for psychology, physiotherapy and wellness centres in Spain with several practitioners, and for self-employed therapists. Everything starts from the shared calendar: each practitioner logs their sessions and Derivia calculates room rentals and commissions automatically, with no spreadsheets. Practitioners see free rooms and book them without asking. Invoices are generated at month end and are ready for VeriFactu (automatic submission to the Spanish Tax Agency is not active yet). At quarter end, expenses and receipts are ready for the accountant. Clients can book online in the slots each practitioner chooses and get email reminders. Unlike most tools priced per practitioner, Derivia costs €29.99/month for the whole centre, or €9.99/month for self-employed professionals.
