Digital Reception overview

What is Digital Reception?

The Bringme Digital Reception is an all-in-one platform that runs the office front desk for you, whether the desk is partly staffed or left completely unstaffed. Instead of relying on a receptionist to greet visitors, sign for parcels, control the door, and keep track of who is in the building, the Digital Reception brings all of these jobs into one connected system that works around the clock.

Visitors check in by scanning a QR code, sign any documents you require such as NDAs, privacy statements, or safety instructions, and receive a printed badge. Their host is notified automatically by phone, Microsoft Teams, or the Bringme app, so no one has to wait at a desk. At the entrance, the Bringme Bell guides visitors and couriers with voice and video instructions and grants access only once everything checks out, which keeps the door secure even when no staff are present.

Incoming deliveries are handled autonomously by the Bringme Box, which signs for, stores, and releases parcels and notifies recipients to collect them. The platform also tracks employee availability and time registration, and provides incident help and reporting, giving facility and office managers a single real-time view of visitors, deliveries, and presence across the building. That overview matters not only for day-to-day efficiency but also for security and emergency situations, where knowing exactly who is on site is essential.

The platform integrates with the systems organizations already use, including access control, Microsoft Teams, and payroll administration. Bringme is ISO 27001-certified and compliant with NIS2 and GDPR, so visitor and building data is handled to recognized security and privacy standards.
