What is DiveOps?
DiveOps is operations software built for dive centres, dive shops and scuba schools.
WhatsApp AI front desk
An AI assistant works on the centre's own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API (DiveOps is a registered Meta Tech Provider). It answers divers 24/7, in their own language, in under 2 minutes, from the centre's real prices, schedule and dive sites, and sends the booking link. About 92% of routine questions are handled without a person. Staff take over any chat in one tap, with the full history in front of them.
Bookings and payments
Bookings from WhatsApp, the website and walk-ins land in one list. Divers book and pay on the centre's own booking page, with card payments through the centre's own Stripe account (card fees up to 20% lower), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Stripe card readers work at the desk and the shop till.
Daily operations
A planner for instructors and students, course progress to instructor sign-off, boats and trip sheets, gear and rentals with service history, certification and medical checks before the boat, expiry warnings for staff certificates and servicing, and TV display boards. Optional live boat GPS tracking.
Shop, finance and team
A front-desk shop till, invoicing, expenses, profit and loss on real double-entry books, and payroll with commissions. Six staff access levels control who sees what.
Security
Data is encrypted and hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), each centre's data is kept separate, and diver records can be exported or deleted on request.
Setup is done for the centre. Pricing is public: from £99 a month, everything included, priced by divers per year, no tiers.
