Contract Creator covers what a standalone signing tool leaves out: approval before signing, a delivery channel with proof, and filing the signed copy with the rest of the case.

How it works for the sender:

1. Document: upload a PDF, start from a template, or let a Dokuflex process generate it with the form data stamped on.

2. Signers: set the order, add a validator and people in copy, and pick the channel: email or certified email, optionally with SMS or certified SMS.

3. Layout: drag text, date, selection, checkbox and signature fields onto the PDF for each signer.

4. Track: reminders, an expiry date and a timeline to resend invitations or download the signed PDF and report.

A rejected contract returns to draft with the reason recorded. Signers sign in the browser on phone or computer. The evidence report lists signers and order, date and time, device and IP, signature images and the exact document version, signed with your organisation's certificate.

Scope: electronic signature with evidence (eIDAS art. 25, Spanish Law 6/2020). The flow is sequential; parallel signing is on the roadmap. No clause library or tracked-changes negotiation. For advanced or certificate-based signatures, use the Dokuflex e-signature module.
