What is Dokuflex E-Signature?
Dokuflex E-Signature is the signature layer of the Dokuflex low-code BPM platform: signing is a step of the business process, not a separate download-and-forward task.
Signature methods:
- Graphometric biometric signature on a tablet or phone, capturing pressure, speed, acceleration and stroke as encrypted evidence. It is an advanced electronic signature (eIDAS art. 26), not a pasted image.
- Digital certificate: DNIe, FNMT and Cl@ve, suited to Spanish public administration procedures.
- Qualified electronic signature (eIDAS art. 25.2) through integrated qualified trust service providers.
Evidence: certified time-stamping and a PDF/A audit report with XAdES for each signature.
Typical uses: employment contracts, commercial agreements, purchase orders and NDAs approved in the same workflow; in-branch biometric signing in banking and insurance; informed consents on a tablet in healthcare.
Signers open a link in any browser, with step-by-step guidance and nothing to install. The signed document returns to its record with its evidence. Connectors for Sage, Holded, A3 and Meta4 link signing with the ERP.
Biometric data is handled as a special category under GDPR article 9. EU-hosted; ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
Plans: Starter (from €25 per user per month, annual billing) includes simple electronic signature; advanced eIDAS signature comes with Business; qualified signature is quoted per case. 14-day free trial.
