Pick from eight design themes, upload your logo and brand color, and pull in stock photos from Pexels without leaving the editor. Build a reusable block library and save templates so future proposals come together faster.

With optional pricing, you can mark any line item as optional and clients toggle services in or out before accepting. The total recalculates in real time. No more "can we drop X?" emails.

Payments are built in from day one. Collect a deposit on acceptance or set up milestone payments, each with its own Stripe Checkout. Funds go straight to your connected account. Draftedly never holds your money. Manual settlement is also available for clients paying outside Stripe.

After a client accepts, both you and your client can propose amendments to scope or payment schedules. Every version is logged and clients can review the full history from their proposal link. If something needs to change, the process is clean from both sides.

Set proposals as access-protected so only the right people can open them. Clients can share with additional stakeholders and each person gets their own tracked link. Automated follow-ups run on your schedule with your own copy. In-app notifications tell you the moment someone opens, accepts, or requests a revision.
