The project-based organizational model enables creation of individual workspaces for each client engagement with configurable project names, expiration parameters and an initial file repository. Bidirectional file requests allow clients to upload content without authentication while senders share files for download.

Security controls include password protection on shared links, configurable link expiration dates, immediate link revocation and download thresholds.
