edunile is school management software for Nigerian nursery, primary and secondary schools, vocational schools and lesson centres. It replaces fee ledgers, phone calls to chase parents and paper registers with one dashboard that works on a phone.

Fee collection

Send every family its bill on WhatsApp and email with a payment link. Parents pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, and each payment appears on the dashboard as soon as it clears. Cash and transfers paid at the bursar's desk are recorded in one tap with a receipt, and reminders go out before the due date.

Student records and academics

Import your full student list from Excel, a PDF or a photo of a register. Keep guardian details, classes, subjects, daily attendance, admissions applications, year-end promotions and auto-generated timetables in the same place. PDF report cards come with the Growth plan and above, and multi-campus schools are supported on Professional and above.

Staff and security

Invite staff and give each one a role. Every school's data is kept separate from every other school's, every change is recorded in an audit log, and you can export your data at any time.

Most schools are set up in about 15 minutes, and parents install nothing. Pricing is a flat fee based on the number of students, not per user, starting at ₦29,000 a month for up to 150 students. Every plan starts with a 30-day free pilot, with no card required and no auto-renewal.
