ERA-IGNITE is a dealership management system (DMS) designed to help automotive dealers manage accounting, sales, inventory tracking, maintenance of parts, and other operations via a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to handle role-based permissions, allowing authorized users to reverse or adjust transactions.

ERA-IGNITE lets users generate financial reports and capture and store customer details in a centralized repository. The application allows employees to search transactions by invoice number, vendor name, posting status, and other attributes. Accounting teams can also rectify posting errors in invoices, track the productivity of employees, and monitor transactions’ status.

ERA-IGNITE also supports integration with numerous third-party applications like TRONIX, Dealer Uplift, ASR Pro, and more.

Pros
What we did like about using the Reynolds and Reynolds system was that it was fairly user friendly and a pretty basic system.
The Windows UI is nice improvement over the old blue screen of ERALink/Access.
This product is amazing for the service department. The Service advisors are able to put notes on their ROs so that follow up is easier.
Cons
The fact that we are being forced to change to this product, when they still have so many bugs to work out of it is very frustrating.
In order to use it you MUST take training courses in the program. If you have used it before that could be annoying.
The need to go back & forth between Ignite and blue screens is a pain.
