Estrados overview

What is Estrados?

Estrados is Spanish-language practice management software for independent lawyers, law firms and notaries in the Dominican Republic. The interface, documents and support are in Spanish only.

Each matter lives in one case file with its parties, NUC, stages, tasks, documents and timeline. Enter the NUC once, and the hearings and decisions the Poder Judicial publishes arrive in the case file and calendar. Deadlines are counted in business days from the notification, citing the rule the firm applies. Conflict checks search by name, cédula or RNC and keep a record.

Lawyers log time by timer or by hand against the case, at each lawyer's rate. The pre-invoice is built from the hours, and once approved, the e-CF (types 31 or 32) is transmitted to the DGII. The firm's accountant gets free read-only access to billing, expenses and time.

AI tools draft documents from case data and the firm's templates, review documents and complaints with page-cited facts, and help evaluate decisions for appeals. A client portal lets clients follow their case and upload documents. An optional AI receptionist from One Dash Zero answers calls and WhatsApp in Spanish, day and night, and never gives legal advice.

Estrados does not file pleadings, does not do the firm's accounting, and is not affiliated with the DGII or the Poder Judicial.
