What is Evalystar?
Evalystar is a self-service vendor management platform for facilities and procurement teams with outsourced vendors across several sites. Sign up and set it up yourself, no sales call needed. Before booking a job, see which vendors are already under contract for it, compare the rest by past ratings, and send an AI-drafted quote request. After the job, on-site staff rate the work from an email link without an account. Every vendor builds one shared record of contracts, SLAs, documents, jobs, ratings and invoices. Compare contract clauses with completed jobs to catch compliance gaps, check each invoice against the contract and the work done, and confirm at contract end whether the vendor met its terms. Not a procure-to-pay suite or work order system. Free is permanent with unlimited sites, users and vendors; Pro is $99 USD per site per month; Enterprise is quoted.
