Evendoro is an event platform for professional conferences and congresses: a modern app for attendees and an event-management CMS for organisers.

Organisers add their content once - agenda, speakers, attendees, sponsors, pages and documents - and it appears in the iOS and Android app and in the web app, with a real-time preview before publishing.

Schedules and attendee lists can be imported from CSV or Excel, groups decide who sees which menu items and emails and push notifications reach the right people, with delivery and open analytics.

Self-registration with custom fields and QR check-in are included.

Attendees get a multi-track agenda with nested and parallel sessions and their own My Program, live Q&A and real-time polls during sessions, session ratings and event feedback afterwards, a social wall for photos and posts and AI matchmaking with in-app messaging to meet the right people.

The app is available in six languages, in light and dark themes and keeps the schedule and pages available when the venue WiFi drops, once the event has been opened once while online.

Organisers can use the Evendoro app with their event featured, or publish their own branded app in the App Store and Google Play.
