Ficiel is a cloud-based AI inbox designed for coaches and setters who sell high-ticket offers through social media direct messages. The platform consolidates Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn conversations into a single unified inbox, where an AI agent named Kord reads up to two years of conversation history, detects prospects who never received a reply, and drafts follow-up messages in the user's own writing style. Every drafted message requires explicit human validation before it is sent, keeping operators in full control of outbound communication. A Dormant Cash Audit runs at onboarding to quantify estimated revenue sitting in old, unanswered conversations. The platform is operational on the day of setup with no technical configuration required.

Ficiel targets individual operators and small two-person teams, such as a coach paired with a setter, and supports multilingual follow-up across French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
