What is Firma?
Firma is a simple, affordable email signature manager for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 teams. It replaces messy copy-paste signatures with one consistent, professional look for everyone.
Design a signature in a drag-and-drop editor or start from a template, then deploy it to your whole team. On Google Workspace, install from the Marketplace and apply signatures across Gmail in one click. On Microsoft 365, the Firma Outlook add-in applies signatures automatically on desktop, web, and mobile.
Update a logo, title, or disclaimer once and it syncs company-wide. Create unlimited teams with their own signatures, use different signatures for alias emails at no extra cost, and add marketing banners for campaigns.
