Fix drawing conflicts on paper instead of in the field. Flikt.AI is AI-powered plan review for construction teams: it analyzes complete 2D PDF plan sets, no BIM model required, and cross-references every sheet across 16 disciplines: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, low-voltage, telecom, civil, landscape, interior design, food service, signage, zoning, and specifications. It flags coordination conflicts, code-threshold issues, and document QA gaps before they become RFIs and change orders.
Typical catches: elevation mismatches between disciplines, MEP routing that collides with structure, ADA and equipment clearances that do not work as drawn, revision mismatches, and details or schedules that are referenced but never issued. Upload a PDF set and the AI tags disciplines, scans for conflicts, and returns severity-ranked, RFI-ready findings the same day. Reports are shareable by link with the project team.
