It analyzes complete 2D PDF plan sets — no BIM model required — and cross-references every sheet across nine disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, civil, landscape, and interior design) to flag coordination conflicts, dimensional and compliance issues, and document QA gaps before they become RFIs and change orders.
It catches cross-discipline conflicts like elevation mismatches and MEP routing issues, dimensional checks such as ADA compliance and clearance requirements, and document-quality issues like revision mismatches and naming inconsistencies. Users upload a PDF plan set, and the AI tags disciplines, scans for conflicts, and delivers severity-ranked, RFI-ready results the same day. Certified reports can be shared with stakeholders to catch errors before construction mobilization.
Flikt.AI works directly on the 2D documents the field builds from — ideal for the large share of light-commercial, multifamily, and residential projects that have no federated 3D model to clash.
