Flotway is car rental software for rental agencies, with built-in AI. It runs in any web browser, on phone and computer, in French, English and Arabic. It also works for vans, construction equipment, RVs, boats, jet skis and snowmobiles.

The planning calendar shows every vehicle's bookings at a glance and prevents double bookings. For each rental, Flotway prepares the rental agreement, which the customer signs electronically on the phone or tablet, and records the check-in and check-out inspection with photos, mileage and fuel level. Payments, deposits, extra charges, maintenance, expenses and traffic fines are tracked in the same place, with invoices and reports.

A public online booking page, with the agency's own logo, lets customers send booking requests; the agency accepts or refuses them, and automatic messages keep the customer informed.

AI saves time at the counter: it reads driving licences, ID cards and passports to fill in customer details (the agency checks before saving), and compares pick-up and return photos to flag possible new damage. The comparison is a second pair of eyes, not proof: the agency keeps the decision and checks the vehicle.
