Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Fluentoo overview
What is Fluentoo?
Fluentoo is a web-based preparation platform for the TOEIC Listening and Reading exam, hosted in France on OVH servers. Designed for individual learners with one to three months before their exam date, as well as higher-education institutions and corporate training organizations, Fluentoo structures preparation around each learner's demonstrated weaknesses rather than uniform content coverage. A free 19-question diagnostic test, requiring no account or payment card, delivers an estimated score on the 10-to-990 TOEIC scale and a CEFR level in approximately 12 minutes, giving learners an immediate, transparent baseline.
Daily 10-minute sessions draw from the learner's weakest TOEIC parts and errors scheduled for review, mixing Listening and Reading content. Spaced repetition schedules error review at D+1, D+3, and D+7 intervals until retention is confirmed. Each answer is weighted by question difficulty and projected onto the official scoring scale; an estimated score with a displayed margin of error updates after every session. A 12-module learning path, reordered after each session based on results, pairs reference sheets and exercises with targeted tests. A skills map displays mastery percentages across grammar, vocabulary, and method points. Fifty-four free reference sheets cover Listening and Reading method, grammar (Parts 5 and 6), and professional vocabulary. Audio uses studio-recorded voices across American, British, Australian, and Canadian accents, each playing once only, matching real exam conditions. Every question includes a correction in French explaining both the correct answer and why distractors are wrong.
Fluentoo's simulator covers the classic 200-question format at official timing, the adaptive 1-hour format (90 questions, two units per section, with unit 2 difficulty determined by unit 1 results), a half-TOEIC (100 questions), and a mini-TOEIC (50 questions). For institutions, a school space gives teachers a dashboard showing each student's estimated Listening, Reading, and total scores, success rate, time worked, target score, and exam date, alongside a school-level view of active students, average estimated score, and student ranking. Bulk student invitation by list reduces administrative overhead for large cohorts.
