Formgong - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

Formgong is a cloud-based form backend designed for static sites, HTML pages, React applications, and AI-generated websites. Forms post to a single hosted endpoint at formgong.com/submit, requiring no server, backend code, or SMTP configuration. Submissions are delivered to Telegram instantly, stored in a web inbox with spam filtering, and exportable as UTF-8 BOM CSV for correct Excel rendering. All data is stored on Cloudflare D1 under EU jurisdiction, and email notifications are dispatched via ZeptoMail from an EU data center. An Art. 28 Data Processing Agreement is accepted at sign-up, supporting GDPR compliance without a separate signature. Cookie-free analytics covering views, starts, conversion rate, and submission source require no consent banner.

Formgong targets freelancers, independent developers, agencies, and small businesses operating across a wide range of platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Tilda, Carrd, Vercel, Netlify, Next.js, Gatsby, Astro, SvelteKit, and sites generated by AI website builders such as Lovable, Bolt, v0, and Replit. Configuration of recipients, redirects, and webhooks is managed from the dashboard without redeploying the site. Signed webhooks with HMAC signatures and a retry queue connect to automation platforms including Make, n8n, Zapier, and KeyCRM. Spam protection combines honeypot detection and Cloudflare Turnstile. Field routing rules and multiple inbox operators come with Pro, and any form can be restricted to its own domain on every plan.

Formgong extends into AI-assisted workflows through an MCP server integration that allows AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and VS Code to list forms, create new forms, and insert code snippets via a personal token. An AI help chat widget answers site visitors using the site's own page content and escalates unanswered questions by email or Telegram. A form builder tool generates a form in the site's colors and font from a pasted URL, with platform-specific code, and requires no sign-up. Autoreply messages, error text, thank-you pages, and CAPTCHA labels are available in 12 languages, following the site language automatically.
