Fotarie combines photography CRM, studio workflow, booking documents, invoicing, client galleries, and a website builder in a cloud-based web app for independent photographers and small studios. Inquiry forms create organization-scoped contact records and jobs. Contacts support search, lifecycle status, notes, inquiry history, and CSV export. Jobs use an Inquiry, Booked, Post-production, and Completed board with drag-and-drop stage changes, owner and search filters, activity history, multi-session scheduling with timezones, and links to one or more galleries. Reusable service, contract, and questionnaire templates feed secure booking packets. Each packet can include an itemized quote with taxes, a rich-text contract with merge fields and typed electronic signature, and required client questions. Content is snapshotted when sent, client progress is tracked, and completed packets are stored as PDFs. Invoices are generated from accepted quotes and support fixed numbering, tax lines, retainer and balance schedules, external payment instructions, email or link delivery, view state, and PDF download. Fotarie does not process or track payments. Gallery tools include photo and video delivery, passwords, download PINs, watermarks, expiration dates, proofing selections, activity tracking, CSV/filename export, and selected-photo ZIPs.
