What is Frequenter: Appointment Scheduler?
Frequenter puts a service business's appointments, clients and revenue in one iOS and Android app, so the day can be run from a phone instead of a desk. It is built for salons, clinics, studios and independent professionals working in teams of 1 to 10 people.
Scheduling
The app opens on a daily operations screen showing the day's appointments and the revenue collected that week. The team calendar has daily, weekly, monthly and agenda views, colour-coded by team member so a shared book stays readable, and it blocks double bookings rather than letting them through. Appointments can repeat on a schedule, and leave and holidays are marked as unavailable so nothing is booked into them. End times are calculated from the service duration instead of being typed in a second time. The business time zone is applied throughout.
Clients
Client records carry contact details and notes, and split into active, inactive and blocked. Existing lists can be imported from Excel or CSV. Clients and staff receive automatic e-mail updates when an appointment is created or changed.
Reporting
Orders and payments sit beside the bookings they belong to: revenue and outstanding balance for the period, an explicit list of what is still unpaid, and the most recent orders with reference number, amount and payment status. Reports cover appointments, clients and revenue over the period you choose.
Security and administration
Access is role-based, so staff see what their role allows and no more. Every change is written to an audit trail. Data handling is GDPR-aligned.
Integrations
Frequenter does not connect to third-party calendars or payment providers today. Everything above works inside the app itself.
Pricing
One flat price for the whole business, not a charge per staff member. The free plan covers 1 user, 2 staff, 50 appointments a month and 30 client records. Premium is $10/month and covers 3 users, 10 staff and unlimited appointments and clients, after a 7-week free trial. There are no setup fees, per-staff charges or booking commissions. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and Google Play.
