FrogTime is a web based time tracking and project management software for service oriented businesses across multiple industries. The platform supports organizations ranging from a single user to five thousand users and provides comprehensive workforce management capabilities for sectors such as construction, trades, consulting, educational institutions, kindergartens, schools and wind energy service providers. The software operates in real time and is globally accessible through servers located in Germany in order to ensure data security and compliance with GDPR regulations. The platform includes support for six languages and follows a maintenance free operation model.
FrogTime relies on a graphical data input system that uses color coded bar diagrams to represent different activities and to provide visual overviews of time allocation. The time tracking module supports individual personnel tracking as well as team based project tracking and allows batch creation of multiple time entries with minimal clicks. The platform integrates workforce intelligence features to analyse project profitability and resource allocation. Automated timekeeping accounts track working hours, vacation planning and shift scheduling for the communication of work schedules. Digital timesheets, absence management, work group organisation and qualification tracking are supported. Project management features include real time monitoring, target versus actual analysis, forecasting capabilities and supplementary work tracking. Payroll relevant data is calculated automatically and includes meal allowances, surcharges, travel times and standby periods with direct transfer to payroll processing systems. Additional functions include tool deployment tracking, a photo application for documentation, subcontractor management and support for health and safety coordination. The system generates weekly and monthly reports and presents a role based access centre that customises the user interface based on individual responsibilities. Business intelligence features deliver analytical insights into workforce utilisation and project performance.
The software functions as a standalone web based platform and provides interface capabilities to connect with overarching ERP systems through an API. Implementation requires no extensive customisation or complex training as administrators receive online training provided free of charge and can subsequently train their teams internally. The platform architecture eliminates the need for ongoing maintenance and the system includes data import services to facilitate migration from existing systems. FrogTime follows a flexible subscription model with month to month agreements and a one month cancellation notice period. Support is available via email, telephone and video conferencing at no additional charge.
