GarageBirds overview
What is GarageBirds?
GarageBIRDS is a dealer management system (DMS) for independent used-car dealers. It is built for newly licensed dealers and small lots running about 10 to 75 cars, and runs in a web browser with nothing to install.
Each car moves through five stages: Buy, Inventorize, Restore, Display and Sell. Every cost you spend on a car (purchase price, auction fees, transport, reconditioning and detailing) is logged against it, so the deal shows the real profit before you close it, not just the sale price minus what you paid.
The Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card. It covers inventory with VIN decode and no vehicle cap, true cost and profit per vehicle, cash desking with a per-deal margin view, more than 300 official state forms across all 50 states that fill in from the deal, contacts, and unlimited users.
Pro costs $49 per month billed yearly, or $59 billed monthly, with no contract. It adds finance desking with amortization and multiple deal structures, Smart Print Forms for your own contracts and documents, assisted Facebook Marketplace posting, and leads and contact history. Admins can start a 14-day Pro trial from Billing without a card.
