What is Garij?
Garij helps auto repair workshops in the UAE replace paper job cards, WhatsApp chaos and spreadsheets with one simple system.
From the moment a car arrives, the front desk books it in, records the mileage and opens a digital job card. Mechanics add parts and labour from their phone, the advisor prices the job and sends a quotation the customer can approve online, and the customer follows progress through a live tracking link. When the work is done, Garij creates an FTA-compliant UAE VAT invoice in English and Arabic, ready to share by WhatsApp or print.
Behind the counter, Garij keeps parts stock up to date, raises purchase orders, records supplier bills and returns, and handles fleet customers with batch invoicing. Owners see daily sales, job profit, VAT 201 figures, cash flow and 37 ready-made reports, and can ask the built-in AI assistant questions about their own workshop data.
Each staff member gets only the access they need — mechanics can work without seeing prices, and the owner approves logins on new devices. Larger workshops can add HR, attendance, payroll with WPS salary files and an 8-step insurance claims workflow.
