What is Get HVAC Pad?
Get HVAC Pad is a phone app that lets solo HVAC technicians and small crews handle the whole job in one place. A tech opens the day's jobs, builds the price from a saved list of parts and labor with sales tax added, and hands the phone to the customer to approve the price and sign. When the work is done, payment is recorded on the spot: cash, check, a QR code for Venmo, Cash App or Zelle, or a card through the business's own Square, Stripe or PayPal. Get HVAC Pad adds no fee on any payment.
The invoice is sent as a web link or a PDF with the business's logo and colours, and reminders follow up on anything unpaid. Every customer keeps a record of their equipment (brand, model, serial and refrigerant) and the job history, and each job holds up to 20 photos. The app works with no signal and syncs when the phone reconnects, and customers can receive their invoice in English or Spanish.
Solo is $19.99 per month for one technician. Teams is $49.99 per month for the owner plus up to 5 techs and adds a dispatch board, tech roles, a time clock and cash handover. Both are founding prices and start with a 30-day free trial.
