GLARUS overview

What is GLARUS?

GLARUS by Zeour Ltd helps operations teams manage queues across a network of service branches. Central configuration, branch-level queue processing and visitor self-service work together through the GLITT Control Center, EMS counter console and CSA kiosks.

Administrators manage branches, areas, regions, services, employees, counters, kiosks, displays, working hours and holidays from one console. Live operations dashboards, a control room screen and a branch map help managers monitor waiting customers, service activity and branch connectivity. The 28-report library covers performance, KPIs, journeys, staff, breaks, feedback and citizen-app activity, with CSV, Excel and PDF exports.

At the counter, EMS supports calling, recalling, holding, transferring and finishing tickets, alongside breaks, keyboard shortcuts and personal statistics. CSA kiosks let visitors take walk-in tickets or check in for appointments in multiple languages. Appointments, priority customers, feedback, emails and the citizen app are optional modules. The citizen app supports online booking, walk-in tickets, live status and feedback when installed and enabled.

Branches keep their local queues running if the central connection is interrupted. Configuration changes wait for reconnection. Deployment uses customer-controlled servers on premises or in the customer's cloud, with Windows PCs running the kiosk application.

Aria AI can be configured for operational answers, charts, source links, help, drafting, writing assistance and voice. Kiosks can offer Aria voice ticketing alongside touch. Access respects user permissions, and AI, speech, WhatsApp and SMS capabilities depend on their configured external services.

Microsoft Graph and SMTP email are supported. Microsoft Entra ID app registration is used for Graph email authentication; Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on remains planned. Pricing is quoted by Zeour for the required deployment and modules.
