TablesReady is a web-based waitlist, reservations and table management system built for restaurants and also used by retail stores, salons, clinics, government offices and entertainment venues. Staff run it from any modern browser, on Android through the web app, or on native iPhone and iPad apps.
Waitlist and paging: add walk-ins in seconds, show predicted wait times, and text guests with one tap when their table or to-go order is ready. Guests can check themselves in by QR code, text message, your website or Google, and follow their place in line on a branded live waitlist page.
Reservations and tables: take online bookings and walk-ins on a single timeline, seat parties from a drag-and-drop floor plan, and see table status in real time. SMS confirmations and automations handle no-shows and follow-ups.
Guest messaging: two-way SMS and WhatsApp conversations with saved replies, custom intake fields, and guest history that recognizes returning customers.
Analytics and data: wait-time, party and service analytics, plus data exports.
Integrations: Square (syncs orders and customers), Reserve with Google, Stripe for deposits and payments, Zapier (5,000+ apps), webhooks and an open API.
Pricing: a free plan for up to 150 messages a month; paid plans from $39/month with unlimited users, a 14-day free trial, no credit card required and no contracts.
