What is HaulFlow?
HaulFlow is trucking software for owner-operators and small fleets that want one simple tool instead of spreadsheets, paper and five separate apps. It was built by a trucking company owner who was tired of paying high monthly fees for software designed for big carriers.
With HaulFlow you can:
- Book loads and dispatch them to drivers
- Track trucks with GPS and see where every load is
- Send PDF invoices with your MC and DOT numbers and a "Pay online" button, so brokers and shippers can pay by card or ACH
- Sync invoices and payments to QuickBooks or Xero
- Build IFTA reports from GPS miles and fuel purchases, including fuel card CSV uploads and cash fuel entries
- Complete DVIR inspections
- Give drivers a mobile app with voice-read dispatch updates
